Blinds can be controlled using one of our range of SOMFY Situo Variation handsets, which features a clever 'dial' which allows precision tilt of the slats to any angle between fully open and fully closed.

Mobile App, Voice Control and Smart Home Integration

When paired with a SOMFY TaHoMA Hub, electric venetian blinds can be controlled using a mobile app. Tahoma can also be connected to Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice control. SOMFY RS485 Transmitter or SOMFY Dry Contact Transmitter allow integration with most brands of Smart Home Systems and Building Management Systems.

Battery, Solar or Plug-in Power

No tricky cabling or mains power needs to be installed at the window. Your blind can be powered using a discrete rechargeable battery pack, which can be trickle-charged using a solar panel. Alternatively, if you have a standard 3-pin plug socket near to the window, the motor can be powered using a plug-in power supply.
