Please note that lead times assume delivery to a post-code within mainland UK, excluding islands and also excluding regions such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these regions may take longer and this varies according to the product and size ordered. Such regions may incur additional delivery costs. Once you have placed your order, you will receive several emails prior to your product being delivered:
Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, and again once your order has been entered into our operations system The second of these emails will provide an estimated delivery date.
Despatch: You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. In most instances, your goods will be received the following working day.
Carrier Delivery Notification - The majority of the carrier services we use provide consignment details by email or SMS, so that you can track your delivery.
Invoice: Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an invoice email.
