Solar film roller blinds are like sunglasses for your windows. Providing a clear view out - they maintain a comfortable and safe environment by reducing glare by up to 93%, rejecting up to 87% of the sun's heat, and filtering out up to 98% of UV light. Solar film blinds provide daytime privacy from the outside looking in.

- Aluminium Tube: 32mm outside diameter
- Bracket colour: Silver metal

- Operation: White side-winder operated by white or black plastic chain

Important notes:
- Silver and Gold solar film materials have a mirrored face which is intended to face towards the outside with the tinted transparent face facing inwards giving you a view out.
- Bronze and grey films are tinted on both sides without a mirrored face.
- Solar film fabric is very fragile. During unpacking and installation, it should be handled with care and we would recommend the use of clean cotton gloves when handling the product. We would not recommend this product for installation in areas of high foot traffic or where many users will come into contact with or operate the product.

Is it possible to see through the blind fabric?
It is normally possible to see out through the fabric during daytime hours, although the tint of the film itself will give the impression of looking through sunglasses.
Will the blind provide privacy?
During the daytime, the blind will provide privacy as seen from the outside - especially the silver and gold film which have mirrored outward faces. During nighttime hours, when it is dark outside and lights are switched on inside the building, the blind will not provide privacy from the outside looking in.
How do I clean solar film roller blinds?
Firstly, solar film roller blind fabric is very fragile and should be handled with care at all times. Normally, dusting with a non-abrasive dry duster is all that is required to clean your solar film roller blinds. Fingerprints, grease and most stubborn marks on the film fabric, can be removed very carefully using white spirit and a soft cloth, followed by a further wiping over with a soft non-abrasive cloth dipped in clean soapy water.
Should the film become very dirty it can be carefully wiped over with a soft non-abrasive cloth, clean water with very diluted soap or detergent. Please allow the film to fully dry before the blind is operated and retracted. Remove any excess water to avoid water-marking.
