- Manufactured using a robust 61mm roller tube and brackets.
- Bracket covers and hem bars are available in a choice of colours - white, black or silver/grey, to enable coordination with either your fabric colour or your decor.
- We have scoured the fabrics market for specialist wide-width cloths in a variety of opacities and styles - ranging from 4% open weave screens such as LISSA and YURI, to VISTA FR our 3m wide plain privacy fabric and DARKTEX FR, a blackout fabric of 3m wide.
- Motorisation options are all 230vAC mains powered and can be tailored to suit your control needs and budget - we have simple low-cost handset control; Somfy RTS with app contriol and Alexa voice-activation using TaHoMa. Or perhaps you are connecting to a smart home system or BMS? We have a comprehensive range of compatability most brands - including Crestron, Lutron, RAKO, Fibrao, Lightwave RF and most control protocols - including 230v Relay, RS485 or RS232 and KNX.

Child Safe By Design - Motorised Operation
Electric Roller Blinds are operated using an integrated motor. We call this ‘Child Safe by design’ as there are no looped cords or chains required to operate the blind.
About Child Safety
At newblinds.co.uk, child safety is of paramount importance. If left hanging freely, chains and cords from blinds can pose a direct threat to children. For this reason, we are working towards all of our products being cord-less or chain-free and therefore “safe by design”.
Where it is not yet feasible to supply a product that is “safe by design”, we ensure that the product is fully compliant with Child Safety legislation. Not only do we ensure that, where necessary, our products are supplied/fitted with child safety cleats/devices, but we alsosupply, free of charge, these items to our previous customers.
