Roman blinds can be fitted to UPVC windows by drilling into the window recess or to the face of the wall around the window recess and screw fixing the brackets. We would recommend avoiding fixing directly to the window frame. No matter which method you choose, it is important to make sure that the blinds are level and that the brackets are secure.
Absolutely! The Roman Blinds Paris Feather design is incredibly versatile and elegant, complementing a wide range of styles and window treatments including wooden and aluminium Venetian blinds. Another excellent option to pair them with is electric honeycomb blinds. Electric honeycomb blinds in a dimout fabric can add an extra layer of privacy and light control, while also increasing energy efficiency. The soft texture and feather pattern of the Roman blinds coupled with the sleek design of the honeycomb blinds can create a stunning effect in any room.

About Child Safety
At newblinds.co.uk, child safety is of paramount importance. If left hanging freely, chains and cords from blinds can pose a direct threat to children. For this reason, we are working towards all of our products being cord-less or chain-free and therefore “safe by design”.
Where it is not yet feasible to supply a product that is “safe by design”, we ensure that the product is fully compliant with Child Safety legislation. Not only do we ensure that, where necessary, our products are supplied/fitted with child safety cleats/devices, but we also supply, free of charge, these items to our previous customers.
