Pre-Christmas Delivery / Christmas Closure
Orders placed after our cut-offs for pre-Christmas delivery will be delivered in January, with standard lead time calculated beginning 5th January.
Our offices will be closed from 5pm on 22nd December, reopening at 9am on 5th January. During this period our phone lines and inboxes will be unmanned.
If you have a question about delivery during this period please complete this form. The customer services team will respond as soon as possible once our offices have reopened.

Standard Lead Times:
Our estimated delivery lead times are stated on each product page.
Please note that lead times assume delivery to a post-code within mainland UK, excluding islands and also excluding regions such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these regions may take longer and this varies according to the product and size ordered. Such regions may incur additional delivery costs. If you have any queries about this, please feel free to contact us.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive several emails prior to your product being delivered:
- Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, and again once your order has been entered into our operations system The second of these emails will provide an estimated delivery date.
- Despatch: You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. In most instances, your goods will be received the following working day.
- Carrier Delivery Notification - The majority of the carrier services we use provide consignment details by email or SMS, so that you can track your delivery.
- Invoice: Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an invoice email.
