Once you have placed your order, you will receive several emails prior to your product being delivered:

• Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email on placing your order, and again once your order has been entered into our operations system The second of these emails will provide an estimated delivery date.
• Despatch: You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. In most instances, your goods will be received the following working day.

• Invoice:  One your goods have been despatched, you will receive an invoice email.
