  This set up guide is intended for roller blinds which include the SHADEFLOW battery powered radio operated motor which can be found here. These blinds are supplied (where ordered) with the 5 channel handset pictured. This handset allows control of 5 single blinds, or 5 groups of blinds   IMPORTANT:  The upper and lower limits of your blinds will have been set in our factory. Your blind will already be paired with the handset.  Simply power-up the blind using the switch on the motor-head Please follow the guide below to get started with your blinds.   Getting Started ✔ Watch the video guide below for installation of your blinds ✔ Once Installed, power up the blind using the sliding switch on the head of the motor.  ✔ The blinds will now operate from the handset.

Perfect Fit blinds are the revolutionary window blind for uPVC and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories. Manufactured by Louvolite, Perfect Fit blinds are so neat they become part of your window frames. Launched in 2005 they have now become Louvolite’s top seller. The blinds require no drilling as they clip directly onto the window. Once the clips are in place a frame is added which holds the blinds. The frames come in a range of colours including white, brown, anthracite grey, golden oak and mahogany to match your window frames & sills which gives the effect that it is part of the window. Our roller fly screens for windows are an excellent way of letting fresh air circulate into your home, but keeping out flying pests and creepy crawlies. They are an excellent purchase for this spring and summer, and if used correctly will last for many summers to come! We have produced the video at the bottom of this page as a "how to" guide for operation. As you can see, they are extremely straight forward to use! Each screen consists of a spring loaded cassette, which houses the mesh and is attached to a sliding hem bar with a handle. Also included are two side channels, one for either side of the screen. This is a "hide-away" screen and only needs to be deployed when your window is open. When your window is not open, the mesh simply rolls back into the spring loaded cassette at the top of your window, keeping the mesh safe and clean. Side channels on each side of the screen create an insect proof seal either side. The sliding bar of the screen will typically pull down to your window sill, which creates the fourth side of the frame. If you don't have a window sill (for example, if you are installing around an opening pane at the top of your window), then you can opt to purchase an L-shaped closing profile, which can be fixed at the bottom of the screen underneath the side channels, to complete the fourth side of the frame.

If you have a STRONG Roller Blind and need to install a fresh SOMFY Sonesse 40 WT (Relay) or RTS (Radio) operated motor, this post will talk you through the parts involved and the process. You may need to carry out this process for the following reasons: You are upgrading from chain to motorised operation. You are switching from one motor type to another. You have received a replacement motor due to fault or damage. You may also wish to use these instructions as a guide to ensure that your existing SOMFY Sonesse 40 motor is correctly installed in the tube. We sometimes find that motors, or the motor collar or drive-wheel can become disengaged from the neck of the motor during installation or in transit. If the motor is not inserted correctly, this can lead to "wobble", vibration, or noise during operation. This video will explain the correct fitment, which should eliminate these issues.

If you are looking for roller blinds featuring prints by Disney, Star Wars and Marvel, unfortunately, they have now been discontinued. Our fabric supplier, Louvolte, offered these prints under license for several years, allowing us to incorporate stunning designs featuring Mickey Mouse, Dumbo, Spiderman, Marvel Avengers, Toy Story and Storm Troopers across our range of blackout roller blinds, Perfect Fit Blinds and electric blinds. The were a firm favourite amongst our customers (and certain members of our customer services team!) We appreciate that this is disappointing for fans of Disney, Star Wars and Marvel. Will this be the last time that we see these fantastic characters adorn custom made window shading? Who knows!
