Our estimated delivery lead-times are stated on each product page.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive several emails prior to your product being delivered:
- Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email on placing your order, and again once your order has been entered into our operations system The second of these emails will provide an estimated delivery date.
- Despatch: You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. In most instances, your goods will be received the following working day.
- Carrier Delivery Notification - The marority of the carrier services we use provide consignment details by email, so that you can track your delivery.
- Invoice: One your goods have been despatched, you will receive an invoice email.
