IMPORTANT NOTICE: PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY During late November and early December, the "last order date" for delivery pre-christmas will be stated on each product page. This varies from product to product, so please check this carefully before placing your order. Please be aware that all orders are subject to stock and production capacity and we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Once each product's "last order date" has passed, delivery lead-times will be calculated from our first working day of January 2020, which for the majority of products is 3rd January 2020.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive several emails prior to your product being delivered:
Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email on placing your order, and again once your order has been entered into our operations system The second of these emails will provide an estimated delivery date.
Despatch: You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. In most instances, your goods will be received the following working day.
Carrier Delivery Notification - The marority of the carrier services we use provide consignment details by email, so that you can track your delivery.
Invoice: One your goods have been despatched, you will receive an invoice email.
