These dates are subject to production capacity and availability of stock, so we would recommend placing your order as early as possible, as we may need to close production of a given product earlier than anticipated if capacity becomes full.
If there are any issues with fulfilling an order placed prior to the deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative products or alternative delivery date.
Once production has closed for the Christmas period, it will reopen again on 4th January 2022.
Any orders placed after the order deadlines specified will be subject to standard manufacturing lead times starting from 4th January 2022. Orders will be manufactured in the order in which they are received and we will complete any outstanding orders as soon as possible.

Standard Lead Times:
Our estimated delivery lead-times are stated on each product page.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive several emails prior to your product being delivered:
Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email on placing your order, and again once your order has been entered into our operations system The second of these emails will provide an estimated delivery date.
Despatch: You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been dispatched. In most instances, your goods will be received the following working day.
Carrier Delivery Notification - The marority of the carrier services we use provide consignment details by email, so that you can track your delivery.
Invoice: One your goods have been despatched, you will receive an invoice email.
